Turnkey industrial projects need civil, mechanical and electrical scopes to move together. We hold all of them in-house — so the interfaces between them are ours to manage, not yours.

Our own project photography
Foundations, concrete structures, finishes and Aramco-spec site works.
Tanks, pressure vessels, pipe spools, structural steel and site erection.
MV/LV installation, instrumentation, control systems and low-voltage networks.
Skilled trades on hire, backed by our own transport and earthmoving fleet.
How we work
The same six stages on a single tank repair and on a multi-discipline plant package. Predictability is the product.
You send drawings, a specification or a description of the scope. We respond within one working day.
Our estimation team prices the scope against reference standards, with the project management team validating resource and programme.
Crews, equipment and material are mobilized from our own fleet and Dammam stores, ready to start on programme.
Work proceeds under a project-specific Quality Plan and our Loss Control safety programme, supervised by our own engineers.
Signed and dated check records evidence every required activity, giving you documentary proof of compliance.
Scope closed out to the specification agreed, with the documentation pack your own QA team needs.

Before you ask
Straight answers, from our actual record. If yours isn't here, it takes one message to ask.
We are an industrial general contractor. We build and maintain for plants — civil and structural works, mechanical fabrication and erection (storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipe spools, structural steel), electrical and instrumentation — and we supply skilled manpower and operated equipment. All four disciplines are our own crews, not subcontracted layers.
We are based in Dammam and work across the Eastern Province — Jubail, Dammam, Hofuf, Al-Birak and Qatif feature throughout our project record — and Kingdom-wide where the scope justifies it.
Yes. Our record includes power-plant piping tie-in jobs and the rehabilitation of a live 52-metre storage tank — work executed under permit conditions inside running facilities, with our Loss Control safety programme and a project-specific quality plan.
HABIBCO holds Saudi Commercial Registration 2050110173 and is a registered SATORP vendor. We are a 100% Saudi-owned company — relevant to your local-content scoring — and can provide a full prequalification pack (company profile, equipment schedule, manpower list, HSE and quality documentation) on request.
Our own fleet includes transport and flatbed trailers to 50 tonnes, dump, water and fuel trucks, earthmoving plant (dozers, wheel loaders, graders and backhoes), forklifts, air compressors and sandblasting units, and a full welding capability across five processes — backed by our fabrication workshop in Dammam. Heavy lifting is arranged with operated cranes as each job requires.
Both. The same organisation that delivered multi-discipline warehouse and plant packages also fabricates single tanks, spools and gates in our workshop. Small scopes are often how client relationships start.
