Health, Safety & Environment

We treat safety as a conceptual revolution — a fundamental transformation in how people work, not a checklist. Our objective is zero accidents, pursued through a Loss Control Programme that educates, creates awareness and trains employees on precautionary measures for hazardous activities. A Safety and Loss Prevention department, headed by a manager with trained professionals, operates across every site we hold in the Kingdom.

Project Quality Plan

Quality that clients expect can only be delivered by a system that allows it to happen. Every project carries its own Project Quality Plan defining the client brief, programme, organisation, responsibilities and work procedures. Compliance is evidenced by simple signed and dated records — checklists that demonstrate the required activities took place. A project director is assigned to each contract.

Project Management Team

Our PMT is headed by a professional manager responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling and monitoring. It equips each execution team with cost and progress data, manages resource planning, allocation and utilisation, tracks budgeted against actual cost and reports to management for decision-making — working in tandem with estimation and engineering.

Procurement & Supply Chain

Procurement for industrial projects demands experienced professionals and capable systems to land material on time. We maintain an extensive supply chain network with reputable suppliers and affiliates to secure the right quality at the right price, supported by fully equipped stores in Dammam Industrial City.

Dammam

Our own fabrication workshop

Pipe spools, fire-fighting spools, storage tanks with trolleys, stainless steel vessels, heavy structures and automatic sliding gates — fabricated, sandblasted and painted in-house before they ever reach site.

Shop fabrication gives assured precision and quality control; site fabrication keeps transport and handling costs down on large members. Because we run both, we advise on the split that actually suits your project rather than the one that suits our workshop.

Alliance for jointly bidding and executing mega infrastructure projects on EPC and PMC basis. CESSNA has been in consultancy and engineering since 1996 with extensive infrastructure experience.

PETROTECH

Mumbai, India

Design and engineering partner for petrochemical projects — process, mechanical and piping design and detail engineering for petrochemical units.

SHREEJI ENGINEERS

Mumbai, India

Manufacture of heavy equipment including reactors, absorber columns, pressure vessels and heat exchangers. An ISO certified company with branches in the USA, UK, Sweden, UAE, Qatar and Norway.

H S STEEL ENGINEERING

Saudi Arabia

Joint venture for heavy equipment manufacture, specialising in fixed roof tanks with internal floating roof, double-deck external floating roof and pontoon-type external floating roof.
